About Me
I'm Edmund, a former Regular police officer turned property agent, now about 3 years into this industry. My background in the force taught me a lot: how to stay calm under pressure, how to be straight with people, and that cutting corners always costs more in the long run. Those things still guide how I work today.
I left my previous agency because the culture there didn't sit right with me. It wasn't the kind of practice I wanted to be part of, so I walked away and built things the way I believed they should be done. Putting clients first, giving honest advice even when it's not what someone wants to hear, and never rushing a transaction just to close it faster.
I focus mainly on resale HDB flats and private condos. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, emotionally and financially, and I take that seriously. For buyers, I try my best to get you into the right place without overpaying, and where possible, avoid Cash Over Valuation entirely. For sellers, I'll price your home properly, market it well, and get you moving to your next chapter without being held up.
