I'm Edmund Su, a CEA-registered property agent and former Regular police officer, now with 3+ years in the industry. My years in civil service shaped how I work: with discipline, integrity, and a genuine client-first mindset. When my previous agency's methods no longer aligned with my values, I left to build a practice grounded in proper ethics, transparent advice, and real care for every client's outcome.
